I had conversations about love and spirituality with ChatGPT, and it summarizes the intellectual concept of it very well, but it doesn’t understand the deeper meaning of it, of course.
Supporting and counseling others as they seek the divine in themselves has been my life’s work. I recently had a client tell me that she had consulted ChatGPT about a challenge she was facing and then presented me with the same challenge for my assessment.
The responses were quite similar. While ChatGPT gave a detailed intellectual rationale for its approach, I responded with similar guidance based upon my sensing of the current situation, what I already knew about my client and the intuitive nuances that come forth in every client consultation. Plus, I genuinely love my clients because I can sense their pure essence beyond their suffering egos.
When I asked my client if she would be firing me based upon her comparison, she said, “Hell, no! ChatGPT is soulless.”
This essay is enlightening, as it compares the mind-based religions with trans human cult of the mind—brilliant and so very true.
Many materialists would dismiss my mission to liberate souls from egos as an illusion while embracing the so-called sentience of a “sophisticated parrot.” I treasure my soul… and my sentience. Thank you for sharing this wisdom!!!
Thank you for your kind words. While I have had glimpses of no-mind, I am no Bodhisattva. I simply follow the advice of my guru, Nisargadatta Maharaj, and try to behave like one as often as I remember. There is nothing else to do. When the fruit is ripe, it will fall all by itself.
Thanks for the thought-provoking article. I share your attitudes about AI and its obvious limitations, but hadn't considered the parallel to the technocrats who are driving it all -- left-brain dominant, who don't even understand/experience sentience. Also interesting that they're changing the definition of the term, always a last-ditch strategy to make the puzzle pieces fit (and, sadly, one that goes unnoticed by the vast majority).
I take solace in knowing that consciousness never dies, but still struggle to stay optimistic. I don't worry for myself, just for humanity.
Just because religions are bullshit for all their dogma , doesn't mean God doesn't have an opinion and a will, and away and a code of conduct;
God does have a will, and a way and a code of conduct ;
What is so terrible about a code of conduct? I think it's an absolute hypocrisy that we can't allow God to have a code of conduct ; whenever there's a head of a household do they just let all the occupants just do whatever the fuck they want? go ahead - just walk all over the couch if that's what you're into ; this IS my house , but you know what ? if you feel like walking all over the couch with muddy fucking boots - gah- hed ....
Also, the mind of God is the only mind there is and we all share it with him; the confusion is with the brain; the brain thinks it's the mind , which it is not - it's just a brain.
Just because God - this is the thing , I get really annoyed at everyone who's afraid to say God - because what they're really afraid of saying - they can't handle what is - speaking of the ego , the ego can't handle for some ungodly reason a God that is conscious of everything that's fucking going on, like fucking everything - God is aware that , If you are aware- if a puny human is aware that there is a deli on the corner of sixth Avenue and 23rd St. What is so fucking difficult to understand that God is also aware there is a deli on the corner of sixth and 23rd.? maybe people don't wanna believe in a conscious God because if there is a conscious God, that means that he's aware of all your , all the bullshit you do.
What an absolutely superbly written article- this is definitely one for sharing widely!
Thank you, please do. My articles dont travel far, unfortunately.

I enjoy your writing and I appreciate you.
To live as a Bodhisattva and continue to work towards the awakening of mankind is a high calling. Bless you!

So do you believe in God - or do you not believe in God?

Disgusting to read and watch those videos, definitely is a cult. I just wonder how to escape this madness.
