You forgot to mention that Jane Halton was a key member of the Australian National COVID-19 Coordination Commission (NCCC) - another body that was appointed, NOT elected, this time by our then Prime Minister Scott Morrison (ScoMo). The NCCC played a key role in determining pandemic policy in this country, announced in a press release on 25 March 2020 (just a couple of days after that Sunday meeting of the "National Cabinet" that resulted in our entire country going into lockdown).
ScoMo was said to be one of the WEF "young leaders" - though he was neither young nor a leader. Nevertheless, he did manage to more or less single-handedly circumvent this country's established democratic process & hand over the reins to the likes of Jane Halton.
Ms Halton could be seen on Nine News from time to time, advocating things like vax mandates, and scolding anyone who was calling for a loosening of restrictions.
Anyhow, the point is that somehow, she seems to have avoided being coralled by party lines, and seems to be equally kowtowed to by both Labor and Libs.
It is worrisome to see that she is still going strong & having even more influence over Australian "health" policy.
As you say, in spite of appearances, this is by no means over - more likely, this is just the lull before the next wave of what is coming.
This explains the insane amount of vaccines Australia bought in 2020. Just working on it. They bought orders for 250 million doses delivered between 2021 and Q4 2023. That's 12 shots per person on 97% uptake of elegible people. Twelve. They spend 50 billion dollars.
Oh, Jane Halton is just one cog in the machine here.

As a Queenslander, I have been following especially the Queensland part of this, and GTA is worth checking out.
Their website www.gtachain.io now just returns a "403 - forbidden" message (in Chinese) but when I originally checked it out, it was all in Chinese apart from the home page, which was in English.

Also Morrrison's address to the 2022 WEF Davos meeting. But I have the feeling this rabbit hole is getting deeper and deeper. So they are going after First Nations peoples - a bit worrying, considering the midazolam euthanasia agenda for aged care residents that is now coming to light in the UK - and Australia too!
First Nations have been low uptake of the c19 treatment, it has been problematic for the government from the start. So I am not surprised they are going to propagandise that community like this. There is not much information coming out of the remote communities post treatment that I have seen that gives any indication of adverse events in that group. That is something people should be reaching out and asking.
But the plan had a bit of a hiccup, when one of the key elders at the Cherbourg indigenous community, Uncle Bevan Costello - featured in the above article on 10 Sept 2021 - died of a heart attack on 15 Sept 2021, just a few days after getting his jab:

Jane Halton has NEVER been an elected minister, Halton was a public servant and has held the position of "Secretary" at three different departments, Health and Ageing, Health and Finance since 2002. All those positions report to the relevant ministers. Halton is a professional seat polisher with zero virology or epidemiology qualifications. Halton has an honors degree in psychology, a perfect fit for someone to be heavily involved with an Army General conducting the covid response and supporting psychological and propaganda campaign.
so she fits the expression:

I can only hope that the remote First Nation people haven't forgotten and mistrust these vaccines.
