Proof: The WEF Calls The Shots On Australia's Covid Vaccine Future

A case study on national WEF infiltration

This is part one of two.

In July 2022, Health Minister Butler ordered a review to look into the current vaccine supply deals. The content of the review was released two weeks ago. Part two will report on some of the extraordinary recommendations given.

Part one will show how these recommendations came directly from the WEF and is a case study of how the WEF has completely infiltrated Australian policy writing for future booster administration of the entire Australian population.

It’s Not Over Until It’s Over

Public life in Australia looks almost normal again. Mask wearers are seen rarely. Most mandates are gone, but not all. My wife gets annoyed with me when I still talk about Covid related matters. “Move on”, she says. “It’s over.”

I think it is fair to say that many people in Australia feel similar. They look back on the Covid events like they just woke up from a very bad dream. The last thing they want to do is re-enter that bad dream.

Many ordinary Australians, even those that willingly took two or three shots, didn’t take the 4th shot. That number dropped dramatically to 5.6 Million. That is only 25% of the first shot taken by a staggering 20.1 Million Australians resulting in an initial 97.6% uptake by the 16+ population. (Source: health.gov.au)

Australians initially trusted their government. But recently almost three out of four pro-vax people rejected the 4th shot despite ongoing Government pressure.

Despite the growing mistrust, most still assume that important future decisions about Covid are made locally, by their elected government. They are wrong.

You would think, that the blatant rejection of the 4th Covid Boosters by almost 75% of previous vaxxers would make the Australian Government “rethink” their Covid response. You are severely mistaken. Quite the opposite. The Government is not phasing out the unpopular vaccines. More than 150 Million more shots for 2023 and 2024 are pre-ordered. At the current uptake, that is more than thirty shots per arm. More on that in part two.

Largely unnoticed by MSM and the people, the bureaucrats behind the scenes keep quietly writing and re-writing policies, making contracts, and spending billions, as they have been doing for decades.

Health Minister Butler ordered a review to look into the current vaccine supply deals. Mr Butler said it will also look forward to what Australia will need over the next few years. Specifically, he wanted

Taking stock of the current vaccine contracts and supplies in the country

Looking forward and providing advice about likely developments in vaccines this year and into 2023

Providing advice about existing vaccine deals and arrangements and if there need to be any changes

If you had some hope that the Covid review would maybe look into the absolute mayhem and trauma Australia’s Covid response caused millions of people, no, sorry. But here is hope, maybe:

There will be a time … for a proper inquiry into the country's response to this pandemic, whether that's a royal commission as was recommended by the Senate committee or some other very deep inquiry,

Very deep inquiry? Can’t wait. But I won’t hold my breath.

So this review is only about vaccine purchasing and procurement.

Introducing Professor Jane Halton

Interestingly, Minister Butler didn’t trust his own department of health with this task, he appointed Professor Jane Halton. Jane Halton, originally from the UK, had a long successful career in Australian politics. She was a department secretary twice and was awarded medals. But she resigned from Australian politics in 2016, seven years ago. She became a board member in several companies and organizations and also started a new career with international health organizations.

Australia never revealed the details of its Covid-vaccine procurements. It is classified. The Guardian lamented the secrecy in this article.

Australia’s Covid vaccination relying on opaque private contracts worth millions

The public can’t get any information about billions of dollars spent. This information is only accessible to very few government officials. So you would think, they want to keep it within the health department.

But surprisingly, they hand the review over to Jane Halton. Halton re-entered Australian politics in 2020 to assert CEPI and WEF agendas when it matters most: For the Covid pandemic. She somehow managed to get on the board of the NCCC - the National COVID-19 Coordination Commission. Not elected by Australians, but appointed by former PM Scott Morrison.

Morrison himself is no stranger to the WEF. He was invited to addressed the 2022 WEF Davos meeting. At 15:00 min he told the world that Australia will enforce laws that make online platform providers responsible for everything that is published on their platforms. How? Total surveillance and control, I imagine. Goodbye, free speech.

Mr Butler defended the decision to have the review done by Ms Halton and not the health department, saying he did not think it was out of the ordinary that the new government would want an independent opinion on deals done while it was in opposition.

Calling Professor Halton “independent” is simply unbelievable. It was so outrageous that the Australian Medical Network immediately wrote a letter to the minister:

Jane Halton is no stranger to previous conflicts of interest.

Halton held concurrent roles within the gambling and casino industry at the same time she held senior roles in global health organizations.^[3] She held these conflicting roles despite the IHME estimates that "gambling-related burden of harm was 2.5 times more than diabetes and 3.0 times more than drug use disorder

It appears, preventing harm to people is not her top priority.

During her time on the NCCC she did not declare her conflict of interests. And when she was appointed to review the hotel quarantine program some of the media again brought up the conflict of interest as a board member of crown hotels. Not being accountable to any voters and with the backing of WEF-friendly Morrison and CEPI - I assume she still slept well.

Professor Jane Halton became a board member and chair of CEPI in 2018. In 2021 she was re-elected as chair of CEPI for five years until 2026

CEPI - Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations

This is not a publicly elected body. Australians have no say and nothing to do with CEPI. It was founded in 2017. It is a 100% offspring of the World Economic Forum Wikipedia:

CEPI was formally launched at the 2017 WEF in Davos, with an initial investment of US$460 million by a consortium that included the governments of Norway, Japan, and Germany, The Wellcome Trust, and the Gates Foundation;

Australia is not part of CEPI. But guess who is?

CEPI's creation was also supported and co-funded by the pharmaceutical industry [….]

Bill Gates was heavily involved:

Gates said that a key goal was to reduce the time to develop vaccines from 10 years to less than 12 months.

That quote is from 2017. And they succeeded in 2020. How did it happen?

First, there was Event 201 in 2019. Professor Halton was heavily involved in 201. It was officially a preparedness event. Cynics say it was a planning event for the upcoming Covid crisis.

Then the actual so-called pandemic started shortly after. Worldwide Covid panic unlocked billions of funding and unprecedented emergency use statuses that eliminated long-term safety studies. The panic was unwarranted as the Covid fatality rate is almost 0% for people under fifty years of age and in the same range as the flu for people over fifty. This was pointed out early in the pandemic by some experts but they were quickly marginalized and censored.

Bill Gates invested in BioNTech in August 2019, well before the pandemic.

CEPI was criticized for its lack of transparency in this Lancelot paper.

To recap

• The Labor Health Minister appoints Professor Halton to review Australia’s secret and classified Covid vaccine procurements in order to provide “advice about existing vaccine deals and arrangements and if there need to be any changes”

• This is in the context of “only” 5.5 million 4th booster shots taken by Australians, a drop of approx. 75% from the 1st shot.

• Halton has no role or function in the Australian government at all, but

• is the chair of CEPI

• CEPI is under the direct command of Bill Gates and the WEF,

• and Australia has no involvement in CEPI at all

• CEPI’s mission is “to accelerate the development of vaccines”

• CEPI and the Bill Gates Foundation are invested heavily in vaccine-producing companies and are not transparent and accountable to the Australian public

• Conflict of interest pointed out to him in a letter, is denied by health minister Butler

So there you go. The Australian Health Minister is directly advised by a top WEF operator.
