Most of the progress within the medical realm is in its ability to rape the patient of his dignity, money and life. Medicine's very survival relies on endless lies, fear and the hope that we do not see through them.
Real progress would be had in fully understanding how the body resolves its issues, remains healthy and thrives. Medicine would be supportive of that but then doctors would have to practice their grifting in some other venue. And like Dr. Daystrom's M5 , many would be out of a job.
You are trying to rationalize and analyze something that does not exist and is completely artificial and synthetic. It is an unnecessary waste of time. These podcasters are simply created to promote certain ideas and propaganda, and to tell the occasional truth here and there. Very simple because if it were not so, they would not be promoted and followed in such large numbers, simply no one would know about them. They do not decide on anything or who to invite or the topics of conversation, the creators use them as long as they benefit from them and they charge heavily and do not lose tjeir sleep over lying and deceiving people.
