This is perhaps the best that has ever been written about our foods and who we are.

This is perhaps the worst thing that has ever been written about our foods and who we are.

The food pyramid wasn't followed by anyone, it's well known that government health advice is either ignored or people do the opposite, so it can't be responsible for the rise in obesity. Yes refined sugar and junk is as bad as saturated animal fat, but both are beaten out of the water by a whole food plant based diet. The microbiome controls cravings, fills us with well being, the beneficial ones each fibre which are only found in plants.

We do know that nutrition is heavily biases by its funders, animal ag, who pull out all the stops to exonerate saturated fat and cholesterol.

After you're no virus psyop post i'm not surprised to read more bollocks telling people what they want to hear about diet.

This is such great information!!!

I mentor people who suffer with disordered eating. They have been trained out of their natural appetite as you describe. It’s a mental thing that’s very complicated and difficult to unravel. This approach you suggest is just common sense. Everyone’s dietary needs are different…and temporary.

...."Scientists know nothing about diet"...I would suggest that scientists know nothing about most of everything. If they researched foods, diets and how they work in the body, there would be no need to spend billions researching useless and poison drugs.

I have never tried any diet, per se. I believe many foods are filled with addictive substances not put on food labels. Why do seed oils and sugar have to be added into just about everything?

Thanks for the perspective on eating what you like.

Scientists know a huge amount about diet and nutrition, i think the author is thinking of doctors.
