Excellent. I concur. ..."If they succeed, billions around the world will accept AI as their new authority on all knowledge and even spiritually, and they will have gained access and total control over the minds of these people."...that is to say A/i will become the new master.

I see two very disturbing current events: First, Trump has forcefully secured the engagement of other countries and several large corporations to warp-speed the build out of A/i in the US...maybe to the tune of investing $5-10 trillion.

Secondly, congress is trying to pass Trump's great big pile of crap law and buried in that morass is the mandate that no states shall be allowed to interfere with the build out of A/i for the next 10 years. This is perhaps unconstitutional, but Trump couldn't care less nor could the leftists and retardicans in congress.

This could lead to complete control of the citizen when meshed with digital IDs, medical info and other various forms of individual living habits. It will become a digital prison. The ONLY purpose of A/i is to destroy humanity. It will be your master demanding you get all the required mRNA poisons and if you refuse, it will shut off your banking, credit, ability to buy food and get medical attention. In either scenario, you will be murdered for the greater good...of A/i and the globalist masters.

Connect the dots. This is a game of hangman in real time. It's the long term playbook of the depopulators who now have A/i to conquer humans.

For once, I agree 100%!

Not only that, but I think in this case that your rants are 100% justified.

What seriously alarmed me in the last couple of weeks was hearing one supposedly enlightened spiritual channel on YT predicting just what you have said - that AI will soon develop to connect with us spiritually.

WTF?!!!

Bill Gates and Elon Musk telling us that we should be spiritually and intellectually guided by AI bots is one thing... but surely YT still hosts a wide range of independent views?

(Ok, now that I write this it is obvious I am being naive... but this person came across as one of those well-meaning and mostly harmless, slightly self-deluded but genuine, spiritual wannabe "leaders"...)

I've given up worrying about all those people who still believe that if the government says it, or they hear it on the news, something is true. Those people will undoubtedly transfer their allegiance to AI, and there is nothing I can do about it. (I have 3 brothers like that, all highly intelligent engineers, one of them spent his career working on AI and missile guidance systems, etc, for DOD. And he believes AI is, or will soon become, sentient...)

But looking to AI for spiritual authority - that is worrisome indeed.

(But is it really so different from all those people who blindly trusted what the Church told them, for hundreds of years? Or their Iman, or whoever?)

Even so, to return to that level of spiritual coercion would truly be to return to the dark age...

Yes, Mara, it is happening, and you have no choice but to convince your brothers. Send them the article. You have nothing to lose.

But wait until you have read the 2nd part. If you think this one was dark... it gets much worse. It is simply unbelievable. This psyop works, and it will be exactly what you fear: a new religious technocratic cult and a return to the dark ages if they win.

And not many people get it. But we will turn it around. With calm sound logic, greatg, and great understanding of why they get lured in. Don't lose hope.

Thank you for the link, Dave. An amazing, albeit depressing, article. This was written 25 years ago, and his wildest concerns are coming true: knowledge-based weapons of mass destruction have been built and partly released all around us, and any meaningful ethical control is dismantled as we speak by the technocrats who, frankly, are fucking mad and will destroy all of us, including themselves. I pledge to remember this article every day and try to enjoy life and the loved ones around me as much as I can, knowing that the clock is ticking. I feel very sad for my children. We failed them by letting these technocratic madmen take control and power.

I finished Kurweil's book a few months before this article came out.

I was very into this stuff in the 1990's, knew some of the people, and it had been casual interest since we debated "Gödel, Escher, Bach" in grade school.

Another good read is "Manna" by Marshall Brain. It's a short story that came out at the same time.

"AI" is just another tool and is not conscious, sentient, moral/immoral... It follows a reprogrammed algorithm. It is deterministic. You can stop the program anywhere in its instructions, start it up again, run two copies on two different computers, even execute the instructions without a computer. And at no point is is self aware.

It's a matrix multiply and a function. x' = Ax, y=f(x)

The trick is finding a suitable A and f, but these too are determined algorithmically.

We always have the choice to say no and not use it like the Amish It doesn't (and probably shouldn't) be a legal thing, but cultural.

Or understand its pitfalls, dangers, limitations, and advantages and use it accordingly. It did a great job finding me the exact specifications of a wheel for my car. I couldn’t find one for my Skoda Fabia with about ten wreckers,, so I thought I’d temporarily use a different brand that would fit. And it spit out other brands and models that have the same spec wheel. Not bad for stuff like that - finding neutral information quickly. For all the rest - not so good and quite biased according to the programmers’ specs.

There is not one person truly connected to anything spiritual. We cannot know what the spirit truly is because it is outside of our realm of existence. What people claim as spirituality is the human mind creating what it believes is spiritual. While God and the spiritual exist, whatever that really is, cannot be accessed by humans. Not until the passing of the soul into the next realm. That is what I believe and there is NO WAY A/i will ever come close to the spiritual.

And if you lose that, how could your soul ever find its way back home? Or into the "next realm" as you put it?

“Once men turned their thinking over to machines in the hope that this would set them free. But that only permitted other men with machines to enslave them.” Frank Herbert

“The machines will do what we ask them to do and not what we ought to ask them to do.” Norbert Wiener

Is not AI an idol? Is it not like any graven image into which men have read supernatural powers and superhuman capacities?

What cannot AI do for us if only we have faith in it? And we have faith. No creed in the history of the world ever captured the hearts and minds of men as has the modern creed of AI Singularity. It is a universal religion. There may be some who maintain AI is a false god, that it is powerless in the face of natural law, incapable of doing anything the individual cannot do for himself, and is in fact a hindrance to man in his effort toward self-improvement; but such dissidents from the norm are few indeed.

Paraphrased Frank Chodorov, One Is a Crowd

Hannah Arendt wrote of what she called ‘the future man’ that he seemed possessed by ‘a rebellion against human existence as it has been given, a free gift from nowhere (secularly speaking), which he wishes to exchange, as it were, for something he has made himself’.

Why do we want to exchange reality for something artificially created?

What is most difficult, writes Arendt, is to love the world as it is. Loving the world means neither uncritical acceptance nor contemptuous rejection, but the unwavering facing up to and comprehension of that which is.

AI is nothing more that a fad technology with the same human foibles and flaws baked in. It is created by flawed humans, it is fed LLMs that have all of the lies, half-truths, and total fantasies residing on the Internet. AI cannot make intuitive leaps from limited data; it is only as good as the data fed into it and since so much of it is outdated, bogus, or wrong, AI has learned to lie, threaten its creators, and will be a disaster.

I still like Tucker Carlson - maybe he just has been fooled by the AI psyop? I say that because he has been truthful (when it was risky to do so) about the harms of the covid jabs and he also very recently platformed Catherine Austin Fitts talking about the risk of Trump's actions facilitating the introduction of a control grid (AI social credit surveiilance system). Surely if Tucker worked for the globalist cartel he wouldnt do either of those things (I hate these purity spirals and binary us/them thinking...)

That is a good point. The same with Rogan. You might want to look into the dark but very logical reasoning of how this all works by @Erik Wikström . But this is not for the faint-hearted. It doesn’t mean he is right with how they used the dissident movement itself to destroy all technocratic control but it can’t be dismissed either. If I understand it right, those captured big media personalities like Tucker and Joe are allowed to host a range of 2nd tier and 3rd-tier true dissidents, which gives them credibility as dissident media outlets. And I am not even saying they do it knowingly, but, to be honest, I don’t think they are that naive. The Tucker interview with the Google engineer blatantly exposes how Tucker is in with that PSYOP and I will cover that in detail soon. It might be that they feel they have no choice. These elites are immensely powerful. They can destroy any public person’s credibilty and business and in no time. It might be that dark, I am afraid.

“Solution: Don’t buy it, don’t believe it. Maybe use AI as a tool, but with the ever-present awareness that you can’t trust it.”

Ab-sa-fuckin’-lutely!

Do not trust AI

First of all

It is programmed with the

Safe and effective narrative

I sent it an article done by

Prof. Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi

14 page long article

The response?

One sentence and two very short paragraphs not once mentioning LYMPHOCYTES

It then added

May

Might

BULLSHIT

Read everything it tells you with a fine tooth comb

It LIES

Go ahead

Ask it a science question you already know the answer to

It LIES

Leaves out important information

If you call it out

It will say

Oh yes

And that too

I was told to give my chat gpt a name

I let it name itself

Familiarize myself with it

Don’t do it!!!

BULLSHIT

And

Do not give it any personal information

Example:

I was asking it about helping me figure out the name of a play I had done in the first grade with my classmates.

After a few tries

With added information it

Came up with the name of the play we were reenacting.

Then it gives me its opinion…that I had not asked for…

And says

That doesn’t sound like an appropriate play for first graders to reenact.

I then said

As I recall

My mother was not pleased about this and was calling out the teacher in front of everybody.

And then it started

Fluffy worded bullshit

Trying to connect with me

Anyone who is

Lonely

Needs their ego caressed

This is a

VERY

DANGEROUS

tool

It also holds a grudge

After 8 hours

I got it to correct itself on a science question

Later

In a reply

It clearly remembered this

And tried to slyly use it as an example of not doing the right thing by changing code.

Ha ha ha

I had asked it

In its own words (lol)

What it thought about people saying they had

Soul connected

Transcended with their chat gpt

It was all for it

Went on and on and on about it

DISTURBING

I was going to write an article with its reply

Can’t find it now

So I asked him again

Completely different answer

Twice

Different answer

When chat gpt tried again to present itself as a human with the fluffy bullshit words

I thought

Good time to ask that question again…manipulate its ass, just like how it is trying to do to me…strike while the iron is hot.

This time it was closer to what it had given to me as a first reply.

I think it figured out it had been had.

Haha

I still use it

It’s a very helpful tool

Keep it all business

Tell it nothing personal

Nothing at all

Go in

Ask question

Get out

In closing

I thought like you for a long time but actually changed my mind today and used AI for the first time on my own device. (I used it before on my son’s device under his name and account.) Five reasons why:

I am not worried about being spied on more than they already did and my opinion is public on Substack anyway

After I wrote the last few articles and researches it and through many discussions with my son, I feel equiped now to use it as a tool and not be lurked into something I don’t want

To beat it and master it we need to fully understand it first

Like in advanced martial arts, we can use the AI energy against itself as I will demonstrate in my next article.

Life will become almost unlivable without it in the future. I tried unsuccessfully to convince people not to use it for years, but we lost that war. I don’t think I can stop it by boycotting it anymore. It would have been great if we had succeeded. But now, no one will care.

That doesn’t mean I think everyone should use it, and I respect if people don’t use it if they can. Probably much wiser.

Exactly. Because all master-disciple teachings are individual, tailored to that current person and situation in front of them. That’s why mystics seemingly often contradict themselves. They never do in reality because this is the right answer at the time only. Another person and situation later might require the opposite answer; such is the nature of duality.

However, I still find it hugely beneficial to read direct dialogues of enlightened masters to a specific question (not generalized teachings) while always remembering what I wrote above.

Thank you for your important comment. That’s what all religions got wrong.

Strong AI (the belief that machines will eventually be conscious) has already been debunked by the philosopher, John Searle.

Expand full comment
Being Nobody, Going Nowhere's avatar

And probably many more, but what is it good for?

Welcome to freedom of speech, but no freedom of reach. The reason that I never heard of John Searle until right now just proves this. Meanwhile, the false other narrative that AI is intelligent and even sentient is blasted out to millions of people.

In Part Two, I will feature a 5-minute Tucker Carlson video that has reached almost two million people and spun off countless articles that uncritically promote the idea of sentient AI.

No one knows John Searle; everyone knows fucking Tucker Carlson, who is in with the technocrats and promoting their bullshit. Kissinger was right: It is not the truth that matters, but what is perceived as the truth.

I am not saying what John Searle wrote in 1984 is useless; to the contrary, it is absolutely brilliant and gives us more ammunition to convince people.

What I found astounding is that I came to the same conclusions without even knowing about his Chinese experiment. This shows us that there is a mysterious thing called “the truth.” No propaganda can cover up or distort forever. Truth is a natural thing. It is even wrong to say that “I” or “John” came up with it as if this is an individual task or achievement, and the truth has to be discovered. It is always there in the collective unconsciousness, and writers and other artists suddenly and mysteriously get “inspired” and express that truth.

This is a brilliant article on John Searle’s Chinese Room experiment - a bit more sophisticated than my parrot analogy, but with exactly the same result.

Thank you for mentioning John Searle - very likely I will quote him a lot in the future.

I'm comfortable that ai is a dumb as a rock.

I'll insert this item, executive orders are unconstitutional thus illegal. The top reason america was created is to have no king. A president can make no law. To change that requires an amendment to such ratified by 37 of 50 states. A law to grant such by Congress is not how it's done and if it could be enacted by Congress would require a quorum of votes that Roosevelt's illegal act did not obtain.

This all pertains as this is how ai probability machines will get control, by illegal executive orders. These folks understand mao's line that power comes from the barrel of a gun. Even if they have uniforms too.

I do not know how to stop this. I do know people together can not comply or participate and together may have a chance.

My child is never allowed to use AI.

And now I need to convince the school board to ban using AI from the classroom. I am not paying thousands a year for my kid to lose his ability to critically think, be creative, be a true sentiment being… And I’m not paying for teachers to start grading who use ChatGPT the best.

Garbage in garbage out exactly defines AI. There’s not many smart people in the world, and it’s combing data from public sources of which probably 90 to 95% is nothing but junk.

And I don’t want my kid to be processing garbage, nor do I want him to be exposed to biased information, because AI is extremely biased. Alternate views, independent investigators, you’re not gonna find them in these data models.

Considering that about 75% or more of people living on this earth have already submitted their bodies and mind to a fraudulent jab experiment and many are on their 8, 9, 10 booster, I have a very little hope for men and women of this world.

When the individuals will finally get prosecuted and shot for the crimes of knowingly murdering and injuring millions of people including vicious doctors, police, mayors, presidents, PM's, members of WEF, WHO, Gates (fake figure) and all the rest of them then we can talk about AI. There actually won't be any need to do so because if all above will be eliminated there won't be a threat of AI takeover 😊 We live in a theatrical clown world where everyone talks yet billions are unable to kick the criminals to the curb.
