Paradigm Shift
How many more cycles of blood and tears do we need?
As more I read as more I am convinced that the WEF oligarchs and other bad actors have won this round.
We, the people, were too busy chasing small-town wealth and fell asleep on the wheel of freedom.
There is hope, however. Now that they won against us, the ordinary people, they will eventually turn against each other due to their psychopathic nature. Winning and being on top is all they know. They have no other purpose in life.
Where will their greed turn when we own nothing and are happy? Their alliance to rule the world will splinter. They are not of the sharing type. And after a brief victory high, an old itch will reappear.
Look at Bill Gates. So many billions, and he still doesn't find peace. He needs more power and influence and is running around like a madman because approaching death haunts him. He never worked on his spiritual maturity. Death is the great equalizer, and all his billions and power will become meaningless.
He fools himself into believing he will achieve immortality through legacy, but it is not working out as he hoped. He is intelligent and knows it is way more complex than anticipated. He knows those mRNA vaccines are shit. They did more damage to the mass vaccination frenzy of the past century than all pre-Covid anti-vaxers combined.
What an irony. A prominent anti-vaxer is now running for president and is doing well. What does that tell you? That would have been unthinkable and impossible before Covid. The shit vaccine ruined Bill’s glorious I-save-the-the-world (and get even richer) legacy.
Apart from that, do we discuss and admire the wealthiest people from 500, 1000, and 2000 years ago? We do not even know their names.
No, we talk about and admire the great philosophers, mystics, poets, writers and emperors. They created a legacy. Greedy bankers and merchants never did; they died a lonely death knowing they failed. They neither did something good for the people nor did they prepare for their death properly.
These WEF billionaires fool themselves into believing they do something grand. Pretty soon, they will see it was all for nothing. They will have their egocentric grandiose illusion mirrored in their peers—an ugly sight. And so will begin the big hatefest between the oligarchs. And in no time, they are at each other’s throats. Their world is all about eating and being eaten.
Meanwhile, maybe, the people will work towards a new paradigm.
Rational science as a thought leader has failed. Science is a great helpful servant but needs a spiritually wise master. We definitely can't go back to organized religions for guidance, as many religious people hope. We have outgrown belief-based irrational spirituality. Apart from that, organized religions are as corrupt as the oligarchs. Always have been.
Democracy has failed too. Without freedom, we can’t have a functioning democracy. And new leaders and reforms won’t work. It is the democratic institutions themselves that are corrupted to the core.
But we can't go back to Kings and Dictators. And the biggest failure of it all is soul-destroying Marxism that threatens to rise its ugly head once more.
No, we need something radically new that ejects us from this vicious, repetitive cycle of blood and tears we have been repeating for the past 10.000 years or so. Power corrupts, no matter in which form.
We have to get away from all power structures as systems of governance. I know it is currently unthinkable - that’s why it is called a paradigm shift.
But it is in plain sight in nature all around us. The plant and animal world does not use and abuse power. It is a diverse symbiotic network in tune with each other. It constantly self-regulates and stays in balance. We must move towards symbiotic network structures and learn from fungi and other organisms.
We need to gain awareness of and teach each other how our dualistic egoic way creates this illusion of separation from nature and our spiritual source. This hunger for power is an ill-fated attempt to overcome our existential fear of this perceived separation. Until then, we will repeat and run in circles.
The widespread, intentional and sacred use of psychedelics and non-dual spiritual teachings and practices can facilitate this paradigm shift from an individual grassroots level. All psychedelics are based on fungi. Many psychonauts are convinced they are a higher form of intelligence than we are. You think that’s crazy until you see it. Then you get humble and shut up.
The same is true for spiritual self-realization and god. You think that’s crazy until you have a God experience. Then you get humble and shut up. If enough people go that way, we might see a shift.
The good news is that we do not need to wait for political or social changes. We don't need a revolution or a new great leader. There is no hope in that.
In due time, the new system and the new great leader will be corrupted again. Only a self-realized spiritual master has immunity against pride and corruption and could be a great leader, but he needs enough people to recognize him. Or her. And, in general, mystics don’t want to lead other people in the traditional political sense.
They want to share their love and wake people up to the same state. In the awakened state, we don’t need a leader or want to lead. Only a helpless dumb herd needs leadership. An awake person knows precisely what to do at any moment. Such a person doesn’t need anyone to tell him what to do.
To look outside of ourselves for leadership is a grave mistake. There is no salvation out there. There never was. Just look back over the past 10.000 years - the same old story of power and corruption repeated endlessly.
This paradigm shift can only come from within each individual and can start now. A few have already begun to. If we want lasting peace and joy in the world, we must create it within ourselves first. Each one of us. It can't be copied. No one else can do it for us. A few masters have shown the way. All of them claimed that it is accessible to everyone. What are we waiting for? Another round of betrayal?
I too have put some hope into the fact that the globalists will be fighting with each other. And it's probably not even something we have to wait for. There is a school of thought (which seems pretty plausible to me) that says that Trump is the figurehead of one faction of the elite, the slightly less bad faction. It is certainly true that the 2 parties in the US (and in Australia too) are united on most of the globalist agenda, and their main differences seem to be around minor details - and who will get to be on top.
As for the need for a paradigm shift - absolutely!
I've always disagreed with those people who say "Democracy ain't perfect - but it's the best we've got!"
Many years ago (1988 I think), I visited Findhorn Community in Scotland. I'm not sure how they are doing these days, but I was very inspired by their concept of community, and consensual decision-making, and in particular, that this was not just a theory but an actual way of life.
And Scott M. Peck wrote an excellent book about intentional community, looking at different examples around the world, some of them quite successful in their own way.
So the paradigm shift is happening - people have been experimenting with intentional community for decades (and longer, of course, with monastic communities, but more ordinary people doing it in recent years).
We always have the question of how such a community, espousing peace and just wanting to be left alone, can deal with the predations of other groups of people - from the invasions of the Americas and Australia (and anywhere else they could plunder) to the current attempted takeover by the globalists.
But anyway, we can't solve such problems theoretically, and it won't be done in one go either. All we can do is to live our lives by the principles we choose, and keep persisting and trusting that there IS a way through the murk.
I think Gates is now doing large scale what children are able to do on small scale when they have to leave a frozen meadow after ice skating. Frustrated, they destroy the ice surface so that the kids who are waiting to skate after them, cannot do so. I once experienced that and it was a mystery to me. Buy then I understood, and Gates is doing nothing different by dimming the sun and breeding and releasing infectious gene drive mosquitoes. Maybe, maybe the "locking the plebs up" thing is supposed to protect his children from the reset by the 99 percent. But he doesn't seem sane enough to want to leave an intact planet and ecosystem even to them.
